Arica Monique Lewis, infant daughter of Valencia M Lewis passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at home in Fayetteville, NC.
Survivors include her mother Valencia M Lewis, step-father Richard W Jones and brother Carter A. Lewis of the home - maternal grandmother Arica Floyd and step-grandfather Arthur Floyd of Savannah Georgia - maternal grandfather Byron Lewis and step-grandmother Selena Lewis of Anchorage Alaska.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
