Brenda Kay Filzen was born April 17,1957 in Redwood Falls, MN. Brenda,65,passed away Monday January 16, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Myron and Florence Borth. She is survived by her husband David Filzen of Hope Mills, NC; children Michele Burns(Troy), April Eagles(Jay), and Steven Filzen(Misty); brother Merlyn Borth(Lorena): grandchildren Kaiden Farmer, Haley Filzen and Bayleigh Eagles and a host of other family and friends.
Brenda was a 1975 graduate of Belview, MN and worked in the health care field. A wife, a mother, a grandma too this is the legacy we have from you.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her memory to Community Home Care and Hospice of Fayetteville, NC
