HOPE MILLS, NC- Francis Ernest Burnell, Sr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 25th 2020.
He is survived by two daughters, Sharon DeVaux of the home and Theresa Tiano of Hudson, NY.; two sons, Frank Burnell, Jr., of Saratoga, NY. and Mathew Burnell of Hilldale, NY.; two sisters, Madelina Roth of Wichita Falls, TX. and Lauretha Vandenburgh of Earlton, NY.; and mother, Sue R. Legg of West Coxsackie, NY.
A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
