Graham W. Renfrow, Sr., 83, from Wilson, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in Fayetteville, North Carolina in the loving arms of his three children, Eddie, Eva, and Beverly and his fiancé Barbara. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mickey, his son Dennis Gene, his parents John and Eva, and his siblings Edgar, Reba, Pearl, Marie and Dot.

He is survived by his children; Graham “Eddie” Wilson Renfrow, Jr., Eva Elizabeth Lutton and husband Tom, Beverly Ann Miller, and his devoted fiancé, Barbara Moore. Eddie’s children Eric and his children Bailey and Hunter; Troy and wife Beth and their children Jackson and Carson, Eddie and Julia’s child Jennifer and her children Kaylee and Lexi; Eva’s children Sean and wife Adrienne and their children Landon, Aubrie and Maddox Lee; Tyler and girlfriend Maggie; Beverly and David’s children Aaron and wife Nicole and their children Tayler, Tessa, Skylar, and Paige; Jeremy and wife Shana and their children Kyle and Isaac; Landon and wife Elena and their child June Marie, Brittany and husband Matt and their child London Reese; David Austin and girlfriend Allene; Dennis Gene’s children Jessica and her children Steven and Tristin; Aaron “Junior” and fiancé Jordan.

Graham was a faithful and strongly supportive father and he cared for and loved his wife Mickey with all his heart for almost fifty years. He enjoyed spending time with family camping in the mountains, traveling cross country, dune bugging at the beach, boating, piloting family to new destinations, and teaching his children and grandchildren his many skills. He retired from the Federal Government after 39 years of service as a Ship Surveyor Supervisor. For 61 years, Graham belonged to the Lake Drummond Masonic Lodge in Portsmouth, Virginia. On June 8, 2006, Graham and his son Eddie attended an honorary ceremony to receive Graham’s 50 year Masonic Veteran membership certificate and pin. He received his pilot’s license, was a carpenter and general contractor, and as a jack of all trades could do anything he set his mind to. In his later years, he met his fiancé Barbara and continued his zest for life by traveling, ATVing, motorcycling and strengthening their relationship with the Lord. He had a  rich and full  adventurous life filled with family, friends, love and the Lord.

Pastor Greg Brinson will officiate a memorial service at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 1589 Steeple Dr. Suffolk, VA on August 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
