FAYETTEVILLE, NC – Retired Chief Warren Office, Henry Franklin Ellis, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia G. Ellis of the home; daughter, Melissa L. Davis of Fayetteville, NC.; brother, Dr. Edwin Ellis of Starkville, MS; and three grandchildren, John Garner, Emma Morgan, and Anna Grace.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Louise Ellis.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery with full Military Honors officiating by Dr. John Hedgepath.
