James Richard Bagby

Retired Tech Sargent James Richard Bagby, 56, passed away October 4, 2019. He was born on August 20, 1963 in Peoria, IL to John R. Bagby, Sr. and Charlene (Cowan) Bagby.

James was preceded in death by his wife Debra and both parents.

He is survived by three sons; Zachary Bagby of Lillington, NC; Evan Bagby of Raleigh, NC and Noah Bagby of Lillington, NC. James is also survived by one brother, John Bagby of Peoria, IL.

 James proudly served his country for over twenty years in the US Air Force where he retired from at the rank of Tech Sargent. He loved his family and his country and will be dearly missed.

There will be a graveside service with full military honors at Culpepper National Cemetery to be held at a later date.
