Joe L. Norris

Joe L. Norris, Jr., 49, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, passed away January 30,2020. He was born September 3,1970 in Naples, Florida to Joe L. Norris, Sr and Judy Ann Howard.

He is survived by two brothers, Michael J. Norris and William E. Lanham, Jr.; one sister, Dawn Gonzalez; step-father, William E. Lanham, Sr; two aunts, Mary Davis and her husband Darl, and Linda Barbee; Joe also leaves behind several cousins and a host of nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Ann Howard and his grandmother, Genevieve Howard.

He was the life of the party and well known for his love of music, kind heart and never ending laughter. Joe was loved by many and will be missed everyday.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 13,2020 at 7:00 at the Fayetteville Moose Lodge 3740 Owen Drive in Fayetteville, NC.
