Joey Schneider

Joey Schneider, 75, died Saturday, August 13, 2022, at her home in Fayetteville. Joey was born July 27, 1947, to the late Edward and Evelyn Joyner of Fayetteville.  Joey was a graduate of Fayetteville High School.  She lived in Hope Mills for many years before recently moving to her new home in Fayetteville.  She loved her family, music, and animals, especially horses and dogs.  Joey was preceded in death by her husband, James Bledsole.  She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Christiansen (Scott); her grandchildren, Alec, Payton, and Ava; her sister, Stella Wood Facini; her brothers, Bill Joyner (Lisa), and Edward Joyner (Carol); many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews; and her beloved Australian Shepards, Jaxsen and Bria.  Joey will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.  At her request, no services will be held.  The family will gather privately at a later date to celebrate her life.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the animal rescue of your choice.
