John Alexander McLeod

John Alexander McLeod, 72, passed away on January 20, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He was born in North Carolina on August 7, 1948 to the late Alger and Hilda (Herndon) McLeod.

John is survived by his son, John Edward McLeod; four grandchildren, Tiffani, Kimberly, McKenzie and John Kyle; nine great grandchildren, Haley, Andrew, Aiden Shay, Kylie, Sophia, Colton, Krystina, Jaxon, and Caedon; three brothers and one sister.

John worked as an Insulator for over 14 years at Monsanto. He had several hobbies and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 1 PM in Rogers & Breece Chapel. The family will greet friends from 12 PM to 1 PM prior to the service. A reception will follow the service at the funeral home.
