He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Cullen of Fayetteville, NC; 2 sons: Bryan Fransman of Morrisville, NC, Justin Fransman of Fayetteville, NC; 1 brother Joseph Cullen of Colorado, and 1 grand-daughter. A Memorial Service will be held at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Chapel on February 24, 2017 from 10 to 11 am.
