She is survived by her 3 Sons: Michael Lewis and wife Laura of Lumber Bridge, NC, William Lewis of Eagle River, AK, and David Hamner and wife Jessica of Gold Hill, OR; 5 Grand-children : Ayden, Caleb, Bentlei, Noah and Zander. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
