Misty Michelle Faircloth

Misty Michelle Norris Faircloth, 46, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Misty was born in 1976 in Cumberland County, North Carolina.

She is survived by her three children, Leia Faircloth, Lannah Faircloth and Terry James Gautier; her mother Cynthia Lewis Maynor; stepfather Fred Maynor; father Frankie Norris; sisters Tiffany Norris and Brittany Wilkins; grandparents James and Della Lewis and numerous cousins, niece and nephews whom she dearly loved.

Misty will be remembered as a strong and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who enjoyed the simple things in life and opened her heart and home to everyone. 

She had many hobbies which included writing poems, singing, and drawing (or doodling as she would call it). Her favorite color was blue (her nickname was misty blue), she loved nature,  especially the rain and being by the water where you could usually find her with her fishing pole.

But most of all Misty cherished spending time with her family – being mama. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 11-11:45 AM at Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church of Godwin NC. Her service will follow the visitation from 12-1:00 PM with Pastor Eddie Smith officiating.
