Nelson Alejandro Colón

Nelson Alejandro Colón Jr, 44, passed away on April 1, 2023, in Fayetteville, NC. Born and raised in South Carolina, but his heart belonged to Puerto Rico.

Nelson was preceded in death by his sister Scarlet Rosa Colón (CO), his nephew Sir Carless Jones (CO).

Nelson is survived by his parents, Nelson Sr and Deborah Colon (NC), Grandmother, Carmen Rodriguez (NC), sisters, Verlé Colón (FL), and Elena Colón (NC), 6 nephews, 2 nieces, and countless aunts, uncles, and cousins. Born with a heart too big for words, Nelson was the best friend you never knew you needed, and a brother you always wanted.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday April 28, 2023 at 11am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1000 Andrews Rd, Fayetteville NC 28311.
