Phillip Abraham Axler, 71, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Phillip was born in Munich, Germany on February 21, 1953.
Phillip was preceded in death by his father Leon, and mother Sonja (Asche) Axler.
Phillip is survived by his brother, Marion Axler; sister, Harriett Easley (Darrell); one nephew, Chris Buie; two nieces, Candi Stephens (Lee), Michelle Butts (Nate Pike); two grand-nephews Walker and Wylee Stephens.
Phillip served in the Navy, returned to Fayetteville, earned a master’s degree in business administration, retired from working with the Civil Service and owned several businesses in the area.
Phillip lived life on his own terms. He had a big heart for supporting underprivileged children and animals.
The family will hold a private gathering to remember and celebrate Phillip.
