Dr. Richard D. Serano, 70, of Fayetteville died Saturday May 26, 2018.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Susan Serano of the home; one son, Joshua Serano and wife Erica; two grandsons, Elias Serano, Luca Serano all of Greensboro; one brother, James Serano of Los Angeles; one step-brother, Peter Serano, one Step sister, Felicia Ann Serano both of New Jersey; four nieces, Ali Serano and Marissa Cawley of California; Jennifer Benner of Pennsylvania; Elizabeth Benner of New Jersey; A step-mother, Felicia Serano of Florida; one sister-in-law, Ruth Benner and husband Les of Pennsylvania; daughter-in-law Ali Lain Serano of Greensboro and many more family and friends whom he loved.
Dr. Serano enjoyed white water canoeing and watching the Carolina Tar Heels play.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in St Anns Catholic Church 357 N Cool Spring St. Fayetteville Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to be made to the light of his life Elias and Luca College Fund's in care of his wife Susan, and to St. Anns Catholic School In Fayetteville.
