Sandra Arlene Schaefer

SCHAEFER – Sandra Arlene, age of 83 of Loganville, GA, passed on July 20, 2020 in Fayetteville, NC after a long battle with Lewey Bodies dementia. She was born on May 13, 1937 in Atlanta, GA.

She is the daughter of the late James Marvin and Sara (Turner) Neill; loving wife of the late, Frank Daniel Schaefer, Sr.; devoted mother of Denise Highfill, Deborah Cooper and husband, Ron; the late Thomas Schaefer, Sonia Panzica, Frank Schaefer, Jr., James Schaefer and wife, Debra; cherished sister of Deborah Banks and the late, James Neill; sister-in-law of Arlene Robinson; Lucille Dedner, Charles Schaefer, Tim Banks, and the late Wylene Neill; proud grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother to her many beautiful grandchildren. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.

Sandra was a long-time resident of King’s Park, NY and later resided in Loganville, GA. She will be laid to rest at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceville, GA at a later date.
