Thelma Lee Rowell, 83, passed away on August 20th, 2023.
Thelma was preceded in death by her Mother, Effie Miller of Fayetteville, NC; Sons, Steve Steen Sr. and Jerry Michael Rowell of Fayetteville, NC and Paul L. Campbell of Whiteville, NC; Grandson, Aaron Kyle Steen of Fayetteville, NC.
Thelma is survived by Daughters, Donna Moore Hendrix of Fayetteville, NC and Patricia Pangaro of Virginia Beach; Special Great Niece, Shirley Ann Hail; Grandchildren, Anthony “TJ” Moore of Fayetteville, NC, Christina Boelter of Virginia Beach, Jonas Pangaro of Virginia Beach, Steve Steen Jr. and Cheyenne Steen of Fayetteville, NC, Amanda Campbell of Fayetteville, NC; Great Grandchildren, Kyleigh and Braxden Moore, Braden and Rylan Steen, Gabe Boelter, Victoria Wagoner, Kailee and Alexa Walters; Great Great Grandchildren, Willow Boelter.
Thelma “Lee” worked at Black & Decker as a machinist for over 20 years. She was a dedicated worker and spearheaded many functions in the plant for workers and family. Thelma was a dedicated grandmother and Dallas Cowboys fan. She was an avid animal lover and good friend. Thelma was also a graduate of Sir Walter Beauty Academy.
