Tongdang Hays, 75, passed away on June 13, 2019 at home. She is survived by her husband Donald Hays. Daughter; Sumitra Bowen of Fayetteville. Three grandsons; Scott Singleton, Skyler Hays, and Samuel Bowen.
A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
