Mr. William Earl Howard, 76, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at his home. He was born on March 27, 1943 in Cumberland County, NC, the son of Earl Howard and Dora (Holland) Howard.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved friend, Carole Kane, who played a significant role in his life.
William is survived by his three siblings; two sisters, Janice White and her husband, Phillip of Kernersville and Nancy Johnson and her husband, Robert of Raleigh, and his brother, David Howard and his wife, Penny of Fayetteville.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
