He is survived by his daughter, Summer Riggs of Pembroke, GA; two sons, Logan Billett of Pembroke, GA, Willie Riggs III of Pembroke, GA; three brothers, Edward E. Riggs of Ellabell, GA, David A. Riggs of Ellabell, GA, Daniel Riggs of Helena, GA; and two sisters, Stephanie Richardson of Fayetteville, NC, Tina Schroeder of Woodridge, NY.
Willie will be missed by many loved ones.
